Dungeondraft
I use Dungeondraft to design all my battlemaps. The software is designed specifically for battlemap creation. and smart features such as lighting, wall and portal design, as well as the dungeon and building wizards, make map building easy. Maps can be exported with walls and lighting intact to a range of VTTs.

Wonderdraft
Wonderdraft is designed to produce beautiful, authentic looking medieval world maps. With custom textures, icons, lables and frames, producing gorgeous maps is easy.

Foundry Virtual Tabletop
Foundry Virtual Tabletop provides a fantastic array of core features, such as dynamic lighting, ambient sound and wall options, and layered map tiling. In addition, Foundry VTT provides a vast array of community developed modules to support many RPG rule systems and an expansive list of extra features.

Forgotten Adventures
Forgotten Adventures provides regular releases of themed token packs. All tokens are packaged into folders based on creature type, making finding the right token. Tokens are top-down perspective and gorgeously detailed.
